Hourpad is provided by hitchhiker-ai, LLC. The app is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Optional subscription

Pro provides pay estimates, saved shifts, workplace report filters and PDF exports for a recurring monthly or yearly payment. A free trial, when offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. The App Store displays the price and billing period before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel in Apple Account settings before the next renewal. Free entry history, CSV and backup access remain available when Pro ends.

Your personal notebook

Totals use the clock times you enter, minus unpaid breaks. Overtime splits and pay figures are estimates based on your entries, chosen rule and rates. They do not include taxes, deductions or daylight-saving adjustments, and may differ for exempt jobs, industry-specific rules, union contracts or your employer’s workday definition. Hourpad is not a payroll service or an employer-verified time clock. Check your entries and keep backups.
