This privacy policy describes Hourpad, provided by hitchhiker-ai, LLC.

Records stored on your device

Hourpad stores the hours, workplaces, notes and saved shifts you enter in its local app storage. We do not operate a server that receives these records. The app contains no advertising, tracking or analytics SDK.

Purchases

Apple handles optional Pro subscriptions. The app reads Apple purchase and entitlement information on your device to enable paid features. We do not receive your payment card information or upload purchase receipts to our own server. Apple may provide developers with sales and financial reports under its own terms.

Exports and backups

You choose when and where to export CSV, PDF or JSON files. These files can include work details. Their storage and sharing are controlled by you and the service you choose, such as Files or iCloud Drive. Your Apple device or iCloud backup may include app records according to your device settings. Hourpad does not provide its own cloud sync.

Support and this website

If you email support, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use them to respond and resolve your request. Avoid sending sensitive work details or backups unless necessary. Request deletion by emailing daniel@hitchhiker-ai.com; information required for an unresolved request or legal obligation may need to be retained.

This website uses no analytics scripts, advertising cookies or forms. Its hosting provider may process ordinary connection logs, such as IP addresses and requested pages, to deliver and protect the site.

Your choices

You can edit or delete entries and saved shifts, export your records, and remove the app. Deleting the app removes local app data; manage exported files and device backups separately. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription. Manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
